Provide labour, supervision, safety & environmental management to excavate a trench to expose the pipeline defect at each of three locations.
Establish a safe working area for personnel to enter the trench (to complete the mechanical repairs).
Backfill the trench (clean fill).
Water management and reinstatement of the ground to existing condition.
